2023 Madera District Fair - Online Entries
If you have not received a copy of the Exhibitor's Handbook, please visit our website (www.maderafair.com) to download a copy. The Exhibitors Handbook contains all of the rules and regulations for each division as well as specific instructions for entering your items. Please review this material before creating entries.
 
Let’s Begin!
 
Step 1- Register
Register and create an account that includes:
    • First Name and please enter your Middle Initial.
    • Last Name
Then choose what type of exhibitor you are.
Click the “Continue” button.
 
Step 2- Entries
Make sure to fill in all fields.
    • Create your Password
    • Retype Password
    • Address
    • City
    • State
    • Postal Code
    • Phone #
    • Email
    • Retype Email
If there is no description or club, just leave it blank.
Click the “Continue” button.
Next, you will be prompted to check your information. Then click the “Continue” button.
 
Step 3-Items
    • Choose Department from drop down list or Choose "All Departments" in order to select division number.
    • Choose Division from drop down list.
    • Choose Class from drop down list.
Then add your entry to your cart, and click the “Continue” button.
 
Step 4- Review
At this time, you can add more entries, empty cart, save for later or check out.
 
Step 5- Pay
Choose “Pay Now”
Type “YES” in the box to agree to the terms.
 
Step 6 - Confirmation
View your ID number, Entries, Time, Payment, Print or Proceed.
 
Step 7- Finish
Rate your experience or check out your account summary.
